Can I pick up my order from the Seminary? 

Yes! If you would like to pick up your items from the seminary, let us know. Items should be picked up from the reception desk on the 1st floor of the Seminary building between the hours of 8-5, M-F. The Seminary address is 13248 Roscoe Blvd, Sun Valley, CA 91352.

How long do products take to ship? 

Products will be shipped in 3-5 business days. 

How can I contact the TMS Store?

Can I make a return? 

If you would like to make a return, please email us and let us know. We will send a return shipping label for your item to make it back to us. 

Can I make edits to my order after I placed it?  

If your order has an error, email us immediately at jvalenzuela@tms.edu and let us know the issue. We will do our best to accommodate you.

What do I do if I never received my order? 

If you did not receive your order, please email us at jvalenzuela@tms.edu and we will get back to you with an update on your order or a possible refund for missing items. 

Are exchanges allowed?

If an item doesn't fit or you are not happy with the product, we are happy to exchange it for you. 

Is there a TMS Storefront? 

At this point, the TMS Store operates solely as an online store.
